Hi, I am having gastric sleeve surgery on Dec 7th. I would like to find some friends on MFP that have either had WLS or are going to have it. Thanks!

    I had my surgery June of 2012. I lost 166 pounds at my peak. I just had a baby and am at a net loss of 131 right now. Feel free to add me for support, encouragement, or advice!

    Add me too. I'm 2 years out this month and I had my first gain over the fall and winter. I'm back to lose those 9 lbs. so far 3 down 6 to go. This surgery really is just a tool. Still have to put in the work. So I'm back to tracking protein and exercise.
