I'm in! Would love to say my goal is 10 lbs in 6 weeks, but more realistic is 5lbs. I very recently recovered from a cracked bone in my foot so planning to get back to running next week. My food choices during recovery were horrible so I've got several pounds to get rid of. Glad to have found the group!0

My goal in 6 weeks is just to get down from obese level to overweight. I am now 179.1 and I just want to get down to 168. I hope it is doable.0

I'm currently 140 would like to get back to 130, felt so much better at that weight0

I just need to get back into shape.
Overall weight goal from 120 to 110.0 -
I started 2015 at 197 and got down to 172 by August, but just sort of maintained once school started up, and then slowly gained - was 179.6 this morning. I would like to see if I could get down to 165 by Feb. 14th.0

I'm in! I'll post beginning stats tomorrow morning; but I think I'm around 190 lbs and Obese.
I had been active on MFP a couple of years ago and had great success. Since then, I've had a lot of real world challenges (loss of work, loss of father, near bankruptcy, etc.) but now that things are back on track (e.g. work, financial solvency) I can get back to where I need to be.
I do well with challenges as a motivating force; and I expect to lose 5-6 pounds by Valentine's Day :-)0 -
My first weigh-in for the new year will be on Sunday morning. I'm looking for 149 by Feb. 14th. Should be about 10 pounds.0

Goal is 10 pounds by Feb 15. Exercising, cooking and logging food....0

I just recently lost all of my baby weight after baby #5. However, the holidays have killed me. I just fell to many temptations. I would love to get back on track and lose a bit more weight to get me to about 122lb. I am currently about 130.5 as of today. I need to motivate to exercise 6 days a week again and stop eating sugar (my huge downfall). I also need to log all my food again as I stopped doing that during the holidays, a little here a little there adds up quickly!0

I'm in, but late.
Current weight: 270
Goal weight by Feb 14th: 245
Shooting for 25 lbs. I am hoping it'll fall of quickly in these first weeks.
Challenge for this week no alcohol or sugar.

Holidays are over and need to get focused again. It has been a wild 6 weeks and I have fallen off track - surprisingly, though I knew I had gained, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was after not stepping on a scale for 6 weeks!
I'm not setting my goal too high, because I know I tend to lose slowly...so I am hoping for losing 5-6 lbs in the next 6 weeks.
Will there be a new spreadsheet for tracking??0 -
