I'm excited about this whole30 challenge. Starting it off with chili with full of veggies and avocado cubes. Potato roast with warm Indian spices to satisfy my carb hunger #Whole30Challenge #CleanEating #ItActuallyTastesGood

Whole30 Breakfast "casserole".... 2 sweet potatoes diced, your own combo of 1/2lb sausage/onions&peppers, about 8 eggs whipped up with salt/pepper/garlic & top layer of spinach. Bake @ 375 for 30mins. Makes about 6 servings and is a delicious and filling meal w/avocado! (P.S dont overfill the pan as i did with 10 eggs...)0

Food preparation day...so many veggies to make a delicious chili. And of course you are not seeing tons of tomatoes that are going to go in along with them0
