Weighins are open M-W of each week. You may keep your normal weigh-in day and report that each week between M-W. It will be important to use the same day each week, so you get proper credit for weight lost.

This is the link to the spreadsheet to enter your starting weight. It would be awesome to have the weights in by the show, but at the latest, Wednesday @ midnight.

If you are using the web, simply click on the link. If you are using the app, you likely will need Google Docs app installed. If you have any problems reporting, please notify your team leader, who can assist in getting it posted.
