Hi, I have just ordered my first ever slim-fast, I ordered 3 tins of powder shake (for £11 - bargain from superdrug) I am curious to whether people have tried it or even are still on it and if it works? I aim to lose 2 stone before christmas (10 weeks) is this realistic? - I have tried sooo many diets before and just hoping slim-fast is the one for me!!! :ohwell:

Hi I'm starting slim fast tomorrow ...I tried it a few years ago and lost weight really quick...I'm going to see if I can order powder shake tomorrow or pop into superdrugs..how are you getting on???0

Hi, how are you getting on? I started it this week and have already lost lbs, so very happy!!
I keep reading that most people lose 2lbs a week so 2stone should be reachable

i just bought my shakes today. i'm hoping this works for me. i've done it in the past and lost. i have to lose at least 20 pounds :-(
