Hey team, what's the easiest way to add a salad to this guy?? Should I break it down by each ingredient or is there a way to just update "salad with chicken?" Love a Novice User

    It seems like the more general meals you put in your search, the more you have to play around with different specific brand's accounting for calories (Kroger's, Publix). I've gone with individual ingredient counts.

    If you add individual ingredients, the app will recognize which ones you eat together frequently try and make it easy to select them together.

    Depends. I do general "Green salad" if it's all veggies but will start to get more specific with the nuts, meats and more added ingredients. It's an art, not a science. :)

    Yup, that's the key. Don't stress about the details and go with the easiest approach. There really is no "right way."
