    Years training: Introduced to the lifts about 1.5 years ago. Started regularly training them just a month ago.
    Max Clean & Jerk: 195 lb clean only. 180 lb with jerk.
    Max Snatch: 135 lb (ugh).

    I think these numbers could be much higher if I spent a day devoted to find a 1RM for them with an oly coach around. Always room for improvement though!

    At least going to hit 90-95% and if you feel good attempt to hit a 1RM.

    Max Clean & Jerk: 158kg (Cn 160kg about 5x in training but missed the Jerk, Cleaned 167.5kg as well)

    I've got a weightlifting meet on Jan 16th. Hoping to get a much better c&j then. I'm wanting to drop into a lower weight class. I'd really love to drop 75lbs, get to 230 pounds, by Dec 31st. I'm glad I found this group, there's not many weightlifters in the USA.
