Morning everyone! You all took to yesterday's challenge with a lot of determination and that was amazing! Several of you went above and beyond! So today we are going to continue on~
Today's Challenge: Whenever you get the chance (and the time) take the long route when walking
So if you only have 2 floors to go up and you have the time then take the stairs. Avoid elevators and escalators if you can and if you have the time! Just have fun and take the scenic route.

I am home all day today so I will do 10 lunges every hour.. Thank you for the challenges.. I did power walk for 3 miles today..0

Just got a call that the daughter's cello lesson is cancelled today. So I think we will do some walking laps together at the rec center.
If I had any plans to go anywhere with an elevator/escalator I would do that, but alas, small town America has few such opportunities.0 -
I'm home today, too. I did get on the Wii Fit board I have and did 60 minutes of various exercises.0
