This is the weekly thread to post your pounds to lose and weeks to achieve the loss for your own personal goal. I will post it on Mondays, but you can enter your countdown on any day of the week.

    I'm in! Have a significant amount to lose so this is going to be in increments.

    Goal: 8 lbs / 8 weeks

    Depressing that this is to mostly just undo the damage I allowed over the holidays.

    Well, I'm a lot further away than most of you guys but here goes.

    Start date: July 9 , 2015 : Goal 109 pounds lost by July 1, 2016.
    Current progress : down 54.3 pounds
    Remaining : 54.7 pounds over 25 weeks.

    This goal will put me at the "overweight" category on BMI , so once I reach it I may adjust down again, but realistically I carry enough muscle that I was pretty dang fit when I was at this weight. I see that some of you have been brave enuf to post numbers so I'll go ahead and say my goal weight right now is 180.

    Well on Wednesday I was 2lb up, but now I've switched to Friday's. I've managed to lose most of the 2lb and actually Friday to Friday I've lost 0.4 so I'm pretty chuffed.

    Overall goal to lose 28lb with 21 of it by 6th may
    Lost so far 3.6
    119 days/17 weeks to holiday - 17lb to go
    24.4 lb to go to final goal
