How's everybody doing? I went off the diet for a few weeks and gained 10lbs :'(
I started yesterday and lost 4lbs. (I guess it's water weight).

    Hi! Nice to hear from you! I've been having a difficult time food & dieting-wise since Thanksgiving. I'm trying to get really motivated again. I've been mostly plateau-ing.
    Great you started the plan again! How are you doing?
    I haven't been able to figure out how to "follow" a thread on MFP - is there any way to get notifications that someone has posted, when one is in a group? I still haven't figured my way around MFP, lol...

    What I use for motivation is taking my weight every morning. To actually see how much weight I lost for the day I sacrificed. I'm just taking it one meal at a time, one day at a time. Setting more achievable goals. Like I know I have to lose 50+ lbs but for right now it's like let me work on losing 10lbs at a time. So far is working.
