Morning, everyone! It is Monday and the start of another work week but we are going to spice it up today!
Today's Challenge: 2 times today do a random exercise for 5 minutes at a random time
If you are just sitting doing nothing, hop up and do some jumping jacks or go for a quick walk. When you are just standing do some stretches. There is so much exercise that you can sneak in during the day!

Hi! I sit when not with patients and I manage to get some leg workouts in just while sitting in my chair. Every movement counts right
