What do you do that really helps you when you're stressed? Meditation, breathing exercises, screaming a the top of your lungs? Share, and be detailed on how it makes you feel better!

Mine is a long bubble bath with Epsom salts in it, singing (sometimes badly) at the top of my lungs along with some upbeat pop or rock music. I feel silly sometimes, but really being surrounded by hot bubbly water, sunk up to my chin, throwing my head back and really belting out whatever song is on really helps free up the tension I feel in my chest and shoulders and neck. The hot water does it's job, but the singing really seems to take a weight off my chest. Also, because it's usually really upbeat music, I find myself kind of enjoying myself and getting into the music, and by the time my bath is done (half hour minimum), I feel pretty relaxed and refreshed and a lot happier.

Bubble bath with a lit candle, acoustic guitar music and reading always helps me calm down. Journaling and getting it all out on paper also helps me clear my mind.

Sometimes just taking a walk and getting some "me" time is the best medicine also.
