    Good Morning Sorors! I'm finally back on track. My first 17 days straight. Trying to stay accountable. I don't always make the best choices. . .but at least I'm trying to remain accountable and pick myself back up even when I 'fall down'! Committed to a healthier me in 2016!

    Good Evening Sorors! I'm new to the group. I'm back on track... ready for round two. I am currently 169lbs down from 225lbs. My goal weight is between 140-145lbs. Everyday I work really hard but I know that its the encouragement and support from others that hold you accountable and help you on your wellness journey. So, I look forward to seeing us get fit and healthy.
