    Hi everyone
I had a great weekend but did not do well with the goals. Today is going better as I am back at work. So today I will meet my calorie goal and drink the water and cut out some of the coffee. Don't think there will be exercising but there will be a small meditation and a tad of housework. Fingers crossed

Todays goals is to get back on track, Yesterday I didn't workout AND I went over my calories. At least it was only a one day event. In the past I would fall off the wagon until I gained all my weight back and then have to start over again. Messing up for only one day is NSV for me.

Went on a mini vaca this weekend and did a pretty good job. Stayed close to my calorie goals, but did a lot of walking so I think it balanced out. Managed to still wake up to a loss on the scale this a.m.! I edited my weight on the spreadsheet. Hope that's what I'm supposed to do??
    Goals for today:
-Not take advantage of the fact that I lost weight on vacation and think I can get away with that all the time, and therefore over-do it today!
    -Be active outside
    -10k steps
-Plan a healthy dinner menu for the week

I'm still feeling tired so I'm going to focus on my food and get the proper nutrition.
Make sure I get plenty of rest right after work. LOL
    drink plenty of water.
We will give this a try.

I went out for tapas with my family Saturday and totally tanked. haha Oops. But we only do that twice a year when we go to see a play. So I had a really REALLY hard workout Sunday. I'm feeling it hard.

I was getting annoyed that it's taken so long just to lose a pound, but I've mostly set up my eating to focus on gaining muscle and just a little fat loss, so I shouldn't be upset. It's just hard to transition from focusing on the scale to focusing on other things. I need to get my body fat measured so that I can put some numbers on my progress.

I woke up today and put on a pair of jeans that used to be tight, and these babies are falling down, so I'm doing something right!

My goal for today is just to hit my protein numbers. I'm too sore to do anything else. haha But I'll eat the healthy food I brought to work. Maybe get my 10k steps too. Okay, that will be my second goal. ;)

Good morning everyone!!! Glad to see everyone is in high spirits !!!
Yesterday was a big success. I didn't have big plans or great expectations and probably that's why I actually did great and had a great workout. Weight is lower than Friday :)
I had somewhat of a breakthrough this weekend. I realized that my last gym workout was just too much for my CNS and I needed way to much time to recover. Unfortunately, the workout itself is pretty tough with heavy compound movements and it didn't help that I loaded the bar a bit much. At this moment, I realize that I have a choice to make: do the workout like last time and take 4 days to recover, or go lighter on weights and be able to fit 3 workouts a week. Decisions, decisions.... One thing is for sure, I'm seriously considering investing in a barbell, weight set and squat rack at home. No pressure to load up the bar, no wait time and all the convenience. We shall see how it goes :)
Today is a rest day so mild activity, good food and lots of water.
Let's kick start this week with a fabulous Monday!!!

I did this! I got a weight set from Amazon for I think $100 or a little less. I bet you can find a deal right now.

    Hello team! :p

Yesterday's food intake went well. I didn't get the workout in that I had planned due to this stinking cold of mine. Ugh... feeling like it might turn into a sinus infection now. So while I'm healing my goal is to focus on clean eating, staying under in my calories and moderate exercise. I've done really well in the last couple of weeks totally cutting out the cream and honey in my coffee. Yay! :)

    hi everyone!

I just joined in the group and just got back to logging a week ago. Over the past year I have managed to get myself pretty regularly active so my weight loss stall has been food, which is mainly just a function of consistently taking time to get good choices easily available.

    My goals for today are:

    1) 20k steps
    2) prep food to eat during work

Yeah! I finally kept to my plan and made my goals from yesterday. This is day 2 completely on low carb.
My goals today: Meet my protein goal 94g., less than 22 carbs, Fat goal: 85-100g. (depending on how hungry I am.)
Get my 10,000 steps. (walk the dogs when I get home if I don't meet it at school)
Drink lots of water (already half way there!)

    Have a great day everyone!
