Yesterday hit all goals and metrics!! 14 glasses of water! 30/30/40 on P/F/C Under on Calories and the scale shows...I may re-evaluate my goals at the first miletsone...but I haven't made my goals yet on one of these challenges, but nothing like reaching for the stars! In the end, my healthy journey is continuing to succeed and that's what counts!

Today: Water Going for 12 glasses 3/4 gallon- Body-fit after work. Breaks from the computer. Work on posture.

    Good morning!

    I had a good day yesterday. Not only did I hit my goals, I was also very productive at home. I had a "to do" list that I've been compiling over the last several months and was able to get a bunch of it done. Long weekend for the win!

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. strength

    Good morning!! I'm ready to take on this week! My doctoral classes start today, I'm taking two and I'm verrry nervous! These courses are much different than the classes in the Fall...so I'm going to try really hard to stay organized to handle it all!

    I was able to get my cleaning done, laundry, and some food prep yesterday before the gym! Ready to hit my food goals like crazy, as I'd like to see the scale or inches go away...no more wasting time...time to get focused!

    Did pretty good on my goals for yesterday, but it looks like shark week is going to be a problem for me this week. So my goal for today and the rest of this week is to give into temptation early on in the day when I feel the need for something sweet, and work hard the rest of the day to burn the calories. Gotta keep my eyes on the prize, and stay focused. I plan to weigh myself everyday this week to make sure I'm staying on track. I also have a Workweek Hustle fitbit challenge going, so I wanna win that.

    Shark week?
    I had a fantastic day yesterday. I love how my body is starting to feel strong. underneath : )
    I got out an outfit that I love, and don't (yet) fit into, put it on a hanger and hung it visibly in my bedroom as an inspiration. I am hoping to be able to wear it on a concert date I have with my boyfriend in late Feb. If not, then we can just go to another concert in March or April!
    Today's goals are the same: workout (done), eat within calories, yoga after work. Have a lovely Tuesday, everyone, stay warm all of you people in the cccccold!

    Had a fantastic day yesterday with the exception of an big owie :o in HIIT class, slipped on a box jump and bled all over the place. Nothing like stopping a class in its tracks lol
    Other than that, nutrition, water and exercise all on point.

    Oh Kendra hope you are feeling better.
    Did much better on the protein goals almost there and have to say I did feel much better.

    4. Continue on my knitting (Seahawks throw) NO

    Yesterday, I was able to get a fablous workout but popcorn did me in last night! So that brought my sodium way way over. So today, we be getting a nice run in after breakfast!!!!

    4. Stay under my calorie goal!

    I took the kiddos to an indoor play area...as we were playing tag my ankle landed wrong and it was a little sore yesterday, so I only reached 6000 steps.

    But today it is back to normal so I will try to hit my step goal today.

    Today's goals
    1. get my steps
    2. no late night snacking!!!
    3. 3L of water!

    Yesterday was a good rest day, hit most of my goals except for the resting part :) I went to bed too late...
    Today's plan includes my workout, chin-ups and push-ups, water, protein and definitely more rest.

    Hello everyone!

    Yup, I was right about the sinus infection. I went to the Dr. yesterday and they started me on 3 prescriptions. So, once again my goals are clean eating, keeping in my calories, and lots of water. I am hoping to kick up the workouts as soon as I am feeling a little better. I've been doing great on eating a lot of healthy salads at home and planning my meals ahead. Happy Tuesday! :)

    Yesterday my goals were 20k steps and prep food to eat during work.

    I woke up late so only got to 18,736 but I did get all my food prepped! I want to get to a 20k day/average so today's goal is to get to 21,264 (already over 17k). No work tonight so goal is just to keep within calories, which may be a challenge as husband is cooking something delicious!!

    Goals for today:
    1) 21,264 steps
    2) weigh and log whatever husband cooks to best of my ability
    3) stay in calorie goal
    4) stay WARM!!

    Hope those nursing injuries or sickness are on the mend quickly and best to everyone in meeting their goals today!

    Evening folks. Normally I log in first thing but here I am at the end of the evening and no goals set. But I did stay with calories and drink the water and limit the coffee. There was meditation but again no exercise. Weight is being lost but I do need to up the steps. Pre logging my meals and seriouse food prep is defiantly helping with that.
    Sleep well and I'll catch up with you tomorrow.
