Spiralizer recipes

My wonderful parents bought me a nice vegetable spiralizer for xmas. It basically makes noodles out of zucchini and other veggies/fruits. There is also a pintrest page that the company set up with lots of recipes. some great ideas for low carb ways to get your vegetables in. You probably don't need the exact tool I have to make these recipes. I wanted to share in case someone needed some new ideas. Most look very VSG friendly.

My Neighbor who had WLS many years ago but doesn't know I am going to have mine Jan 26th bought me one of the vegetable spiralizer that you have to crank. I made a very refreshing cuke salad. It was in the recipe book I received in the spiralizer box. I will be using this a lot more weeks after my surgery when I am allowed to ear vegetables again. Thanks for sharing the link.0
