Good Morning everyone! One of my favorite ways to exercise is to dance. It's fun and you can lose yourself very easily not realizing how many calories you are burning. Which is one of the best ways in my opinion.

I did the first one as well not long after I got up this morning. (I often post these challenges at midnight or later for me. Mainly just the way my schedule works) I love dance routines they are so much fun!

Welcome aboard! Maybe you could do a dance off next time when your company is over? But in my opinion, as long as you try you have completed the challenge. Everyone's lives and schedules are different and it would be impossible to come up with challenges that work for everyone everyday. (Though I try.) I know some people only check this once a week and do the challenges all at once. Others every few days and some everyday! Just do what works for you, I'm happy you are here ^_^ -WyldRoots0 -
