Already put weight on spreadsheet, it is 288. This diabetic/cardiac diet the doctors have me on is working well. Although I have cheated a couple of nights, I really am trying. :)

I have been at the hospital with my daughter all night. Hopefully they will send us home tonight. If it's ok I will weigh in tomorrow morning. But if I need to, I can weigh in tonight.

My scales have broken! First they said 131.4lb hahaha I wish! So I tried again and they said 182.4lb!!! Highly unlikely I've put on nearly 20lb this week lol. You'll have to leave me out this week, I'll pick up some new scales in time for next week's weigh in :)

I'm a little late with weigh in. Luckily (or not) I am exactly the same as last week so the weight posted in the spreadsheet is right on. I had a rough week, though, so I am really glad I didn't gain!

It's so frustrating when you're working hard but the scale isn't moving =\ My biggest problem is eating after exercise... I've promised myself tonight that I'm going to do the 25km and then have one 45kcal soup drink. Hopefully having to sip liquid means I'll feel fuller and not resort to snacking. Fingers crossed!

Yeah, working out makes you hungry, especially if you worked extra hard. Not too long ago, I ran 7 miles and then preceded to stuff my face with anything in sight. Not something I want to do again.
