Good Morning! TGIF!

Yesterday: exercise and water great. Nutrition was ok. Not perfect but I stayed within calories. Almost lost it in the afternoon with work stress but this challenge was a nice reminder of what not to do.

Today: physical rest day. Stretching. Doctors. Nutrition. Definitely deficit today. Feeling bloated but scale is kind. Lots of water! Time to plan my food for the day!

    Hello and happy Friday everyone!

    Blah... yesterday's eating didn't go exactly as planned. Some days I feel so in control of my eating. Then there are times that something switches and I feel like my cravings are so out of control and I'm hungry all day. I don't know if that's normal or if it is due to the hormone imbalance with my PCOS. Either way, I need to work on productive ways to get those days under control too. I didn't eat terrible, but not my best. I did get in my exercise.

    Today's goals are the same with staying under in my calories with clean eating, drink at least 8 cups of water and get at least 30 minutes of intentional exercise.

    Good morning!

    Had a good day yesterday. Hit my calories and had fun at my Barre classes. Didn't hit my 12k steps, but I got 10k so not bad either.

    Busy day again here today. Looking forward to the weekend.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. HIIT run

    I made my goals yesterday. I am feeling discouraged by the scale, still, and I'm wondering if I need to change something else. On the other hand, I feel really strong, physically. Today: stick to calorie limit, pilates (done), yoga after work, no more than one glass of wine.

    Morning, I made my goals yesterday considering I woke up at 2 am. I just couldn't get back to sleep, :'(:'( Last night, around 7, it caught up with me! Instead of turning to food I kept my hands busy with knitting my Seahawks throw!

    Dee, the scale been discouraging with me. Since Sept, TOM hasn't been around but the weight is EXTREMELY slow coming off. This journey getting back to my maintence weight is a struggle. Only 1 1/2 pounds down so far this month, :(

    On the bright side, it's not going up! We can do this, I need to remember ONE DAY AT A TIME! Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

    Today's goals,
    1. Morning jog
    2. No late night snacking
    3. Either my 30 day Shred - Kettlebell or yoga
    4. Late afternoon walk
    5. Figure out a couple new healthy recipes for next week's lunches

    Good morning everyone. Had a good day yesterday met all my goals well was over calories by 15 but I'm not going to count that. Lol
    This weekend will be tough as I'm going away for the weekend so eating at restaurants make it very hard to stay within calories. I will just have to be mindful and order the best I can. I will make my exercise goals with no issues so it's just the eating that will be a problem.

    Today's goals
    Eat mindful
    Gym before leaving
    Pack healthy snacks
    Have a safe 4 hr drive to the mountains.
    Good night rest before tomorrow's snowshoe event

    Hay guys. Met yesterday's goals but only because I dropped the meditation. Have decided to try for the steps instead. But not all at once. It's making the time that's holding me back. So the plan is to start with 10 minutes at lunch and add 2 minutes a day for five days. Then stay there for a week or two till it becomes the routine and then up it again and so on.
    Other goals for today are keeping to the eating plan ( have already succumbed to a surprise cake) and drinking the water. I've a fan Friday

    I have been struggling with food lately. I'm hungry most of the time. I am very busy with work, and I have decreased my exercise, which you would think would also lessen my appetite. But it's up. Bleh. I know it must be mental and I wish I could get a handle on it. Today's goals:

    1. Stay under calories
    2. 2-min walk or jog breaks every half hour while working
    3. Stay hydrated

    I will try to go for a run at lunch if I can take a long enough break. Have a great day, all!

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday was great, I finally got to have my fun in the snow with the family :) sledding was so much fun!!! According to my phone, it added up to 27 flights of stairs. Nutrition and water were great as well.
    Plans for today revolve around my workout, good food, water and I really need to throw a yoga session in because I feel a bit stiff.

    Well I haven't had a morning shift in months I actually had to set the alarm so I could get into my old routine. It was great got up exercised went to work and now I'm home and I still have daylight. I really need to get back to my old schedule. It makes me happy.
    So I will exercise again cause I can. LOL
    eat good cause I'm home
    get plenty of rest
    What a great day!!!!

    Had a great week until today. I was crazy/mad in the gym. Going to two classes a day. Zumba and Cycle. Stayed within my limit, which, of course was higher due to the amount of exercise. Felt a bit tired, but, OH SO PROUD OF MYSELF! :)

    Now today. Different day. Not able to go to the gym. Really bad snow/ice storm and after coming home from work, (stressed from the dangerous drive to and from work), I sat on the sofa and ate way too much. :'(

    Well, now is another hour in the day and I am going to brush my teeth and call it a night. THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED!

    Goal for tonight: EATING IS OVER!
    Goal for tomorrow:
    1. 15,000 steps
    2. Stay within food budget
    3. Drink 8 glasses of water

    I didn't really set up any goals for yesterday. I knew it was going to be somewhat of an odd day. Had dinner with friends last night, had a beer, but only ate salad and a few chicken wings. I didn't track my calories but I think I was under. We got a little snow last night so I plan to just stay inside today. I want to be as active as I can, doing things around the house, and maybe do a YouTube exercise video. If I feel up to it maybe I'll go play in the snow with the kids. Those are my goals for today: just be as active as possible, try to get 12k steps, and don't go crazy eating because I'm stuck inside!
