Hi Ian I'm from Kent so not that far from you.. My father many years ago lost 8 1/2 stone in 20 months through slimming world and lots of will power. He had to as he was having a transplant. Both gave him a new lease of life.Wishing you all the best for your journey, that will be a great achievement xx..... I am Iain from Surrey, and have 10 stone (140lbs) to lose in 2016.
Happy to be a part of the group and help and support in any way.
I am using My Fitness Pal to help track my calorie intake and Fit Bit to track my calorie burn, and trying to walk at least 5 miles per day.
2016 is going to be our year!
