Today: weight is up but I am gonna trust the process.

Good morning!
Hit my goals yesterday. It was a late night of getting my steps done, but I hit them.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps
3. 3 mile run0 -
Long and rough day at work yesterday
hit my protein so woo hoo for that and I exercised

Today's goals: eat within calories, arm workout (done), yoga
I have a question: my macro goals (which must be on the default setting, because I don't remember setting them) are 50% carb, 30%fat, 20%protein. I have a very hard time not eating a greater percentage of protein than that. What are your thoughts about consuming a greater percentage of protein?0 -
Good morning, had a great day yesterday and met all my goals. Was up 1.1 yesterday now only have .3 to get back to pre-weekend weight.

Haven't checked in for a few days. Had a productive, active weekend. Enjoyed myself but didn't go overboard. Down a little more on the scale this morning!
Goals for today: 12k steps, stay under 1500 calories, and drink at least 3 bottled of water. My water intake has been a little low lately.0 -

Good morning everyone!!!
Yesterday I was able to get everything done but my workout was a bit weak. I really wasn't in the mood and everything seemed too heavy. I'm actually exited that happened because my standards are low going into the next workout and there can only be improvement.
Plan for today is to stick to calories, drink my water, take a little walk and do my chin-ups and push-ups.
@deejkush, as far as macros are concerned we all have different levels that account for our goals and lifestyle and we adjust them over time to what fits us better. I won't leave you in the dark: here is a great place to start - best info on how to set up your macros:

@danelutza19 . Thanks for the link. Very interesting. My percentage macros are right on...but if things keep fluctuating over the next week I may have to drop a few calories, especially on rest days.0
