Yesterday met all of my goals.
Today: weight is up but I am gonna trust the process.
  • 1550 calories
  • 30/30/40 P/F/C
  • walk at lunch
  • HIT class tonight

    Good morning!

    Hit my goals yesterday. It was a late night of getting my steps done, but I hit them.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. 3 mile run

    Great day yesterday, thank goodness after that weekend!
    Today's goals: eat within calories, arm workout (done), yoga
    I have a question: my macro goals (which must be on the default setting, because I don't remember setting them) are 50% carb, 30%fat, 20%protein. I have a very hard time not eating a greater percentage of protein than that. What are your thoughts about consuming a greater percentage of protein?

    Good morning, had a great day yesterday and met all my goals. Was up 1.1 yesterday now only have .3 to get back to pre-weekend weight.
    Todays goals:
    stay under calories
    drink more water - aiming for 4x14 oz bottle at work
    cardio - done
    quick workout this evening at home

    Haven't checked in for a few days. Had a productive, active weekend. Enjoyed myself but didn't go overboard. Down a little more on the scale this morning!

    Goals for today: 12k steps, stay under 1500 calories, and drink at least 3 bottled of water. My water intake has been a little low lately.

    Yesterday's results
    Meal plan kept to - yes
    Water drank- not enough
    Lunch time walk- forgot all about it

    Today the goals are similar
    Stick to calorie/ meal plan and not snack on yummy office treets
    30 oz water
    Lunch walk- too much rain but at least I remembered it
    Morning swim- done

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday I was able to get everything done but my workout was a bit weak. I really wasn't in the mood and everything seemed too heavy. I'm actually exited that happened because my standards are low going into the next workout :) and there can only be improvement.
    Plan for today is to stick to calories, drink my water, take a little walk and do my chin-ups and push-ups.

    @deejkush, as far as macros are concerned we all have different levels that account for our goals and lifestyle and we adjust them over time to what fits us better. I won't leave you in the dark: here is a great place to start - best info on how to set up your macros:

    @danelutza19 . Thanks for the link. Very interesting. My percentage macros are right on...but if things keep fluctuating over the next week I may have to drop a few calories, especially on rest days.
