10 Day Challenge

Okay, so I see that there aren't any current challenges going on in this group. So, here is one (you can start at any time):
Day 1: 30 second plank, 10 push ups, 10 triceps dips (repeat all three); 25 crunches; 25 full sit ups; 1 mile walk
Day 2: 30 second crunch pulse, 15 crunches, 15 full sit ups (repeat all three); 15 lunges per leg; 25 squats; half a mile jog; half a mile walk
Day 3: 30 second wall squat, 20 squats, 20 squat jumps (repeat all three); 15 push ups; 15 triceps dips; 1 mile jog
Day 4: 1 mile jog; half mile walk
Day 5: 30 second right leg lung hold, 30 second left leg lung hold, 30 jumping lunges (repeat all three); 30 crunches; 30 reverse crunches; half mile jog; 1 mile walk
Day 6: 20 bicycle crunches, 30 second plank, 30 mountain climbers (repeat all three); 30 squats; 15 reverse lunges per leg; 1 mile jog; 1 mile walk
Day 7: 20 biceps curls, 20 biceps curls with lunges, 10 biceps curls with jumping lunges (repeat all three); 20 triceps dips; 30 crunches; 1.5 mile jog; half mile walk
Day 8: 30 second plank, 25 jump squats, 20 burpees (repeat all three); half mile jog
Day 9: 15 triceps extensions, 15 squats, 15 triceps kickbacks with squats (repeat all three); 2 mile jog
Day 10: 20 push ups, 20 full sit ups, 30 second wall squat, 20 jumping lunges, 30 second plank, 20 mountain climbers, 20 triceps dips, 20 burpees, 20 squats, half mile jog
It may not sound like much at first, but it'll get 'cha! Hopefully, this will help! Post how you are doing each day and motivate others who are participating. At the end of the 10 days, celebrate with a healthy, sweet treat [ like frozen greek yogurt ]

I would have loved to try this, sadly, I cannot do a full sit-up, and cannot do a squat or a push up. I might be the only human who cannot do that! I would love to see/hear how you feel, or what has changed after this 10 day challenge.0

I can do no real push up and just a few full sit ups (no way 25!).

Baselining my fitness today, I effectively over achieved for day one so will continue and see hoe I feel. Thxs for sharing.0

Will start today. That jogging component is gonna get me! Will do my best but some of that jogging will definitely become speed walking. My strength is far better than my cardio!1
