Hey guys, it the beginning of a new month so lets kick its butt!!
Seen as this is our first month. I will explain how it works.
At the beginning of each month you will post what is below and then update it once a week on a Friday. You will tell us all your starting weight which on this month will be your weight on the 29th Jan 2016. You will also fill in your Goal Weight for the end of the month. I will then post a table at the end of each month showing how far we have all come. This will hopefully help keep us on track and help us reach our goals together.

I started Mfp in Jan 2012 and I lost maybe 10 pounds in a few months for a wedding. It bounced back up after the wedding. Then 10 more, then 6.2 more, which is where I set my starting weight to in Mfp.
For the past 2 years, I haven't really lost those 6.2 pounds. I go up and down. When I was running a lot, I lost 12, but I stopped running and it went back up.
I've been trying to eat better, sleep more, and exercise more, and was doing better this month, but I'm slipping so I could really use this challenge.
Today: I'm 6.8 away from my high

tigerbull - keep on truckin' and you will get there. Is there any particular area you are struggling with or do you feel you deserved a loss this week and didn't get one - if so don't give up - you will get the results you deserve - might just take a few weeks to show. Im dreading hitting 168 as when I was there the last time - I was there for WEEKS! Hope that doesn't happen again haha!
