Good Morning,everyone! Temptation is hard to overcome. It's everywhere and pops out at you when you least expect it. We are gonna fight it!
Today's Challenge: Don't give in to temptation!
Don't take that one cookie from the office break room. Don't take the elevator when you can take the stairs (unless you are in a rush). Don't sit on the couch when you can be up and moving! Just don't give in!

Ohh I like this one! My work always has the best food here to tempt me. Today there is pineapple upside-down cake. I WILL be strong
