I will have to weigh in tomorrow as I am traveling today. I came out to the midwest last week to take my elderly mother to a few doctor visits. My flights home last Friday were cancelled and I am finally getting home today -- I hope.0

Posted this week's update in last week's thread. I need to drink more coffee.
Ugh the weather. Ugh being sick. Back on track this week.
Gained last week. Lost some of it this week but not as low as I was the first week. Pounds lost are annoying for me to track so here's the real weight.
Started 176.1
Goal: 169 lbs by Feb 29
Today: 174.10 -

To Go: 10 lbs/17 weeks
Shoot, gave it all back on my trip. Back to it!0 -
Goal: 6lbs/2 week (Starting weight 271.1 > Goal Weight Feb 1st 265)
To Go: 4.8lbs/1 week (Down 1.2lbs. Current weight 269.9lbs. Highly unlikely I'll get down to 265 by next monday...but worth a shot! lol)

Current progress : down 54.8 pounds
Remaining : 54.2 pounds
Not sure what is going on this week - i've been at or below my goal calories all week, and not all that much sodium, but still up every day the last 4 days... it's so frustrating! I'll just keep on keeping on but this better not go on too long!0
