    Todays weigh-in is 233.7. So, that's 8.6kg/19.3lb for month one. That will do nicely. :) Hopefully I will be able to do half that for Feb!

    Awesome work everyone!! This was my first challenge and it was interesting how much more determination I had on wed and thurs knowing I was weight in publicly on Friday. Maybe this is exactly the motivation I need :) thanks again and awesome job
