A "really good day" with fibromyalgia

I created a list of 5 things that constitutes a "really good day" for me.

My list is:

1. Get the kids out the door to school.
2. Do the dishes.
3. Get dinner.
4. Get Dressed.
5. Do a load of laundry.

This list has kept me from getting depressed over all the stuff that isn’t getting done. I know that accomplishing this much is a great day for me and not accomplishing all is a good day. Not doing any is a bad day.

Do you have a list? If so, what is it?
