Good Morning everyone! We are going to start off with a bunch of activity!
Today's challenge: Do 2 sets of 10 push-ups, 15 lunges, and 10 tricep curls

I recently had shoulder surgery, so I have to skip the push ups, but I will add an extra 5 lunges and tricep curls.0
