    Hello! My Garmin Connect name is moiseciprian. Please feel free to add me. I am using Garmin Vivofit. I started from march 2015 with 107 kg without MFP, I discovered MFP and log all the info from 104 Kg, I lost 7kg just from counting calories, eating more carefully and of course, from work. Now I am running in a gym (30 minutes at 10 km/h), I do stepper and bycicle and now I have 97 Kg. But my goal is 80 Kg, and for 3 months it seems I stand at 94-97Kg, oscilating. I feel a little depressed and I am a bit demotivated, but I will do my best to reach the 80 Kg goal. Maybe this group will help me get over my actual lazyness. Nice to meet you all.
