    Hi I just joined! My current weight is 232.2! Down 5 lbs from last week but I'm sure it's water weight. This is my first week. Clean week so far! I'm excited to do this with you all!!

    Starting Weight (12/21/15): 230

    Week 1 (1/3/16): 226.8
    Week 2 (1/10/16): 223.4
    Week 3 (1/17/16): 224
    Week 4 (1/24/16): 222.6
    Week 5 (1/31/16): 218.6

    Total Loss: 11.4#

    GOAL 175!

    Pretty pleased with my measurements after month 1!

    TRUST THE PROCESS!!!

    Month 1:

    Weight: -11.4#
    Chest: -3 in
    Neck: -1.25 in
    Waist: -3 in
    Hips: -1.25 in
    Calf Left: -.25 in
    Calf Right: -.25 in
    Thigh: 0
    Bicep: -1 in
    Forearm: -.25 in
