I know that the syncing between MFP and Fitbit are a little wonky right now, but during this time, do I follow Fitbit's tdee and subtract 500 calories? (Lose 1lb per week), or do I follow MFP's estimation? There is a huge difference between the two right now.

Which is more accurate at this point?

Just got my Fitbit last week so this is all new to me.

Thanks!

Fitbit's TDEE less 500 calories will be more accurate until such time as the MFP bug is fixed. However, that will only be accurate retroactively (i.e. after the full day).
