Good Morning, Everyone! Yesterday we worked on our bodies and today we are going to work on our minds!
Today's Challenge: Meditate for 10-15 minutes
Meditation is easier for some and rather hard for others. It can be used as a way to relax the mind and give yourself a moment, without all the nagging things that follow you day to day. Some may fall asleep! Just try and clear your mind of all things and allow yourself to relax.

This is a good idea. A podcast I listen to has been advertising a meditation app for a few weeks so maybe ill give it a try.0

Does zen swimming count? When I swim I my mind relaxes and I zone out. That is why I need a lap counter. Had such a good morning.0

I would think that zen swimming counts. You are relaxing your mind and that is what meditation is all about!- tahm42
