Good morning!
I hit my goals yesterday except for my running goal. I was wiped, so I took a rest day. However, this morning I woke up early, so I ran today. Today is normally my rest day, so I just switched.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps
3. 3 mile run (done)

Morning everyone!
Yesterday's goals:
1. Hit calorie goal - still low. Need to add a healthy high-calorie afternoon snack to structurally hit my goal
2. Hit protein goal - a little low, have bought new supply of chicken breast to cook for lunch at work
3. Test new workout equipment (done)
4. Read up on squat technique (in progress)
Today's goals:
1. Hit calorie goal
2. Hit protein goal
3. try out seated barbell shoulder press/barbell skull crusher with new equipment

Hi, yesterday was a pretty good day. I didn't do the evening yoga, though.
Today: stay within calories, leg work-out (done), yoga.0 -
well I'm doing well on getting my protein My back and shoulder are still really sore so I'm keeping my workouts low impact.
Keep it simple

eat healthy

Good morning everyone!!!
Yesterday was a very special day for me because I purchased my first Olympic barbell she's a beauty
I was ok on all aspects but didn't get to do my workout since I was out most of the day.
Today, it's time to get friendly with the weights, drink my water, eat good and get plenty of rest!

I had a 4.5 mile walk last night. hopefully tonight if its nice again ill do at least another 2 mile!
i need to drink my water...to avoid the snacking. by far my biggest weakness!

Good morning everyone!
Met my goals yesterday, was under calories. Actually need to increase them based on my activity level. Was in need of some rest so took this morning off from the gym. Need to work on my protein macros, I don't do shakes or smoothies so its extra hard to get it in.
Today's goals:
eat within calories
drink up
try to increase protein
HIIT class tonight
Made a mini-goal this week to get below the 120.0 mark...so close this morning was 120.2 so 2 more days to make it..fingers crossed

I hear you on the protein intake. I don't do the powder stuff either because that's mostly supposed to be a supplement protein source after you meet you minimum from whole foods and since it doesn't have any extra nutrition it's hard to fit it in while restricting calories.
I rely mostly on eggs ( the perfect protein with the whole spectrum of amino acids), low fat mozzarella ( 8g protein per ounce), Greek yogurt and tons of lean/ not so lean meats0 -

I've been doing pretty good on my goals for January, but I was weight lifting and doing muscle building that is slowing down for February as I get ready for a lot more running. It hopefully will be a good way to get rid of some of the fat I gained back!
Goals for today are to workout at lunch (check!), hit my calorie goal, and to find time tonight to get on the treadmill to finish my 10k steps. I'm only at 2700 and it's 1:30pm! Stupid office job!0 -
Evening everyone. Met yesterday's goals. Had to be a bit flexible but I made the effort and am now in bed feeling a bit smug. Probably because of a very encouraging scale this morning. But as I can Yoyo 4 lb with out trying I will re weigh in a few days before logging.
The plan for tomorrow
Early morning housework and possibly a tribe yoga
No snacking on the leftovers at work
Lunch time walk of fine
No cake at Ikea after work
Prep for morning class before bed

Oh my gosh, right!? We have these cool stand up desks that move up and down with a switch and I *love* that, but then our boss tries to be nice and give us "healthy" snacks. Yeah. Not healthy. I mean, there are Clif Bars and things that aren't bad for you, but one of those badboys might be over 250 calories. That's not the kind of snack you need when you're sitting on your butt all day! I need some veggies. haha But yeah, I don't have a big office, so I do laps every time I get up to use the bathroom or get water. Still, I might get less than 4k steps unless I run on the treadmill at night!
