I am from Wales, would love to join. I have had Fitbit in the past but bought a new one (Alta) last month. I have started MFP today again even though I have been a member for years. I have 18kg to lose. So far I am on roughly 10000 steps a day sometimes more, I walk (can't run due to a medical condition). Looking for motivation to keep me going and lose these stubborn kg's 1
