Hi everybody! I started my fitness journey on Jan 24th so today is day 7 for me. My weight today was 232.2. I'm a midnight shift nurse. Would like to lose about 70-75 lbs! Excited to do this with you all! Here are pictures of my starting day as well as measurements. I plan to retake pics and re-measure in 3 more weeks! Good luck!!!

Where did you get the image tracking your measurements? I'd be very interested in using something like that.0

Hey Jillian! It was called 21 day tracker. iPhone app. It's a 21 DF app. I do beachbody. But even though I'm not doing 21 DF anymore I still use the app and the nutrition plan0

Chisel cardio done!! Still working on my water intake! I'm down 8 lbs today from a month ago!! Woohoo!!
