Hi!
I'm from Australia, was just wondering if there are any other duromine/phentermine users on here
I'm 19, 5"3 and 86kg. My BMI is too high so my doc wants me to lose weight to lower it to a healthy range. I use 30mg, and have been on it for 4 days now (I need to lose 15-20kg/33-44 pounds)
I was wondering if there was anyone who could give me advice? I've stopped with Coffee and Alcohol (I've heard it can induce the sleep disturbance). Also, how long does the sleep disturbance last usually? I'm only getting 3 hours maybe a night and its getting on my nerves, I love my sleep

Hiya,I'm from Aus too and I have almost the same stats as you.. just a decade older.
I am 5"3, 86.9kgs (SW91.3), on 30mg since Jan 27. Lost 4.4kgs in 11 days which im pretty pleased about.
Havent had any problems. I did sleep less the first few days but thats evened out. I have so much more energy now..
