dogs can help you lose weight by their daily needs like a walk or playing with them for example. can you list a way a way your dog makes you exercise.

I Have a gorgeous flashy boxer, graci is her name. I agree with you, she definitely keeps me on my toes. It is winter in Canada now, so we play mostly indoors right now.
I very much wish for spring to come very soon! I miss our nice long walks and iPhone walk/dance shuffles

Well maybe we need a cast off for this topic......
Where you guys from, what breed of dog you have, what activity does your bundle of love/energy bring you?

I have a boston terrier and plan on helping him build up endurance. He gets short of breath pretty quickly so i can't go far from home walking him. This is common with flat nose dogs. But, I think anything that keeps you busy or keeps your mind of eating helps with sticking to program. I am glad it is spring and i can be outside more. I plan on bringing him for doggie play dates at the doggie park with one of my friends.

Hi, I'm from northern California and I have Bossa Nova. He's an English Bulldog/Queensland heeler mix. Lot's of energy and stubborn. He's pretty stout from the bully part so we take walk at least a mile every morning and half a mile in the evening. Plus dog park time whenever we can fit it in. He loves to chase the ball but he's not so good at bringing it back so I have to chase after him.
