***WEEKLY CHALLENGE*** February 7

New this week, we'll have a specific challenge that is OPTIONAL. Not all weekly challenges will necessarily apply to everyone, so pick what you want/can do and go with it. Weekly challenges are meant to motivate and keep us all on track to reach our goals.

This week's challenge is a basic journaling challenge. We're all here on MFP, so that's a great start. For this specific challenge, post on your own progress thread every day this week. Post whatever you like...food, exercise, challenges, general thoughts on your progress...anything. People who journal about their progress are much more likely to achieve their goals. Can you do it?
