Hello,
Yesterday went really well. It appears that the scale is starting to move in the right direction again, so Yay!
Today's goals are to be a little more diligent with my food logging and a cardio session at the gym.0 -

hello everyone
I hit my goals yesterday. Mr. Ting wants to do a different training plan, so we started a new one last night. It's all good if it means I have a running buddy.
I have a busy day today and am supposed to fit in 30 min of cross training. I think I'm going to go walk (that technically counts) during a break I have today.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps
3. 30 min walk0 -
Good morning!
Glad to see scales moving in the right direction for some of you..mine are being very stubborn. Met all my goals yesterday and exceed protein finally.
Todays goals:
stay within calories
hit protein and water goals
full body workout - done
HIIT class tonight0 -
Good morning!
The scale is doing what it should here too, thinking the next weigh in should be good. @Kenda2427, having a stubborn scale is tough, keep up doing what your doing and it'll start moving. Consistency and determination is the key!!!!
Yesterday goals were right on,
Today's goals:
1. Aqua Fit
2. Morning run / evening walk
3. Strength YouTube
4. No late night snacking
5. Protein goal / under sodium0 -
Good morning everyone!!!
@Frigs carb cycling works pretty good. I wouldn't recommend it for everyone but when you're already lean trying to get very lean, it's a good tool I keep my carbs moderate these days but occasionally, my body needs a huge carb load.
I had a fantastic day yesterday, accomplishments all my goals and had a great workout. My weight is starting to come down after my high carb days but I have to admit I really like how full and hard my muscles look when my glycogen is replenished and I'm also loosing inches
Plans for today are very relaxed just trying to cover the basics and if I make time, I would love some yoga to stretch out.
Let's have a fabulous Wednesday !!!0 -
Thanks danelutza I think that is where I am at. Trying for that last 10 which slipped to 15 but I think that was a blip with some strange weight gain which looks like is coming off!0

We are all looking good across the board! Keep it up!!
Today makes day 6 of me refoucsing and making sure I'm sticking to what I want to eat. I'm hoping weigh in day treats me well tomorrow...I've lost the 3lb bloat and then some as of this morning, so hoping it's on the decline. :0)
Today, 12 cups of water, running, weights, and food on point is the plan! Here is to another day for the books!!
Happy Hump Day!!0
