Yesterday - perfect!
Today - 5K run in and done! 10 min mile pace which is a push for me. Felt good and strong.
Funny how you can gain and loose the same 6 lbs in a week. Very strange. But I am battling back to my starting point for this challenge and all of your posts are inspiring!
Today - Low Carb Day - Cardio HIIT after work. Lunchtime some mobility exercises for the hips!
Have a great day - Heading to the weekend on a high note - Just made plans for some cuddle time with hubby!

Yesterday was good-- I was able to make my goals. I have been struggling with craving sugar lately. Today is a rest day. I read the blog on MFP about metabolism and it's very interesting. Makes me want to do more squats. : ) Have a great day everyone!0

Good morning and happy Thursday! Yesterday was a good day...stuck to my plan and hit my goals. Woke up 1lb lighter today...yay!! That's amazing for me to lose 1 lb this week as the scale hasn't been my best friend, but really sticking to my goals, and when I do...it works!
Today: 12 cups of H2O, body combat with a run, nutrition on point and getting my school work completed!! :0)0 -

Had a great day yesterday. Met all my goals, hit protein again and had a fantastic HIIT workout.
Today's goals:
Stay within calories
hit protein and water targets
lower body strength training - done
shovel when I get home

Morning everyone,
Met my goals yesterday and the scale is dropping. I was extremely good during Jan and the same two or three pounds keep coming and going! FINALLY, I'm beyond that, yes!!! When I get back to maintence, I NEED to remember the older I get the HARDER it's to loss weight!!!!!
Today's goal:
1. Get oil change
2. Morning run
3. Grocery shop - lots of fruits and healthy snack
4. Strength training
5. No late night snacking0 -
WOO HOO!!!! I have been excused from jury duty and we are expecting lake effect snow Oh thank goodness for small miracles.
Yesterday was one of those days where you think ok nothing worse can happen and it just keeps going from bad to worse.
1. Pulled onto the main highway and lost both my wipers just flew off So pulled off got them replaced as it was snowing you kind of need them .
2. Got to work on time thought OK things are alright NOPE we were being audited.
So today's goals
1. chill
2. get chores done
3. exercise
4.keep it simple0 -
Yesterday was good. I didn't hit my 12k steps, but I hit 10k and stuck to my calories with that step amount.
Another busy day today. I have a yoga class tonight and am supposed to run 2 miles. Let's see if I have time...

I had a great day yesterday, with the kind of rest that's I was dreaming about
Today I plan on doing my workout, covering the basics and treating myself to more weights I called the store and they have a pair of Olympic 25's available. To make this day better I just did a set of 3 chin-ups in a row
