I recently started running a few months ago and noticed I had this issue of my foot rolling to the outside as I run. Are there any particular shoes, braces or supportive devices to prevent this? If so, is one brand better than another? It is keeping me from running because of the pain it creates

@kevin_bvbfan Sorry for the late reply--I'd suggest going to a running store to get fitted for shoes. There are definitely shoes out there that are designed to correct under/overpronation issues! A dedicated specialty running store should be able to analyze your gait and get you in the right shoes. Good luck!

I have the same issue. As suggested above I went to a running store and tried countless shoes and I saw an orthopedic doctor. For supination the general recommendation is to wear neutral shoes with lots of cushion. Stay away from stability shoes, those are for over pronantion. I use brooks glycerin 11, but you'll have to find the one that works for you.
