The week is complete! Time to weigh in. Monday evening (or sooner), I'll post the results of % body weight lost.

***Figure I'd start posting this early to accomodate if anyone is in significantly different time zones.

    I knew this week wasn't going to be stellar. Just goes to show what happens when you self sabatoge. At least it's a loss. Meeting with personal trainer tomorrow!

    At least you're at a loss. I'm up .2lbs since last Sunday to 228.8. No self sabatage here. Every day I stayed under calorie goals, pretty level with macros, and exercised; three days were cardio AND strength training. Lots of water retention for sure, but still bummed about the lack of progress. Even the measuring tape isn't being nice this week. :disappointed:

    Added more protein and cardio this week. Down in inches and body fat %. Disappointed in the only one pound weight loss though.....I know I'm probably gaining muscle but still a little disappointed.

    Ugh 228.0 on 2/14. -0.6. Super annoyed since I've been totally on point with eating and haven't missed a workout. I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough calories. But I've been lifting so I know I'm building a ton of muscle. Hopefully a see a bigger loss next Sunday!
