I'm up a lb too this winter weather is killing me. My stomach looks bloated but suddenly my butt has old lady wrinkles. UGH!!!!!! I started doing more squats and now my rear looks worse any suggestions.0

No change here, actually I am surprised that I didn't gain weight the way I have been eating. If there is 7 weeks left I need to lose about a pound a week to meet my goal, its time to step up my game!

Well that's 10 lbs down which is excellent and I am super stoked about, but I have my goal set for 25 by 4/1 so I need to pick up the pace a little I think, or at least not go any slower!! I just want to be plain old "overweight" and no longer "obese"- it's been so long!
I haven't been logging at all for the last couple of weeks so really would like to try to do that again at least for a little while. It definitely helps when I am tracking what I am eating instead of just eating whatever.0 -
I've been out of it a couple of weeks with some personal things going on and my weight shows it. Back at it and hoping to at least get some of my goal met. Something is better than nothing!0
