healthiermee1970 and this is actually my 3rd week now. I'm curious how everyone is doing nutrition-wise. I have the workouts pretty much covered, but keeping the macros close to the 40-30-30 range is proving kind of difficult. If it weren't for protein shakes, I'd definitely be way under for protein and high for carbs.0
