    Good morning!

Feeling a little better today, but still going to take it easy. Makes it hard to stick to my calories because I don't have the extra exercise ones in there. I did go a little over yesterday, but still under maintenance. My weight is still up, which is frustrating. I need to learn a little patience.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 6k steps
    3. rest

Yesterday was one of those great days where you feel like you can move mountains. So you just do everything. Today my body is sore. Oh well :)

    goals for today:
1 No cheating on the grains they make me sick so stay away no matter what my hubby makes.
2 Increase the water to try and flush out the system
3 low impact exercise as I still have to go to work

Good morning! Yesterday was okay..didn't make it to the gym because of my daughter needing to study all night long! This was fine, because my back needed another rest day. I stayed within calories and made good choices..did not make my water goal though.

I woke up this morning at my lightest weight even with my "friend", so I'm hoping this will continue to go down for some good results next week! Positive thinking here!

Today's goals: Gym, Water, Food---all on point! Happy Hump Day!

    Morning,

I woke up with my voice sounding like my husbands, :'(:'( on the bright side, I don't feel sick. Yesterday went well considering last night was hard as far as snacking! My husband has to have something sweet every night, :(

    Today's goal,
    1! Oil change
    2. Aqua fit
    3. Run / Walk
    4. Stay under calorie goal.
    5. NO LATE NIGHT SNACKING

I've been horrible about checking in and weighing myself. I've gotten sooo off track. I blame all the events and special occasions I've had going on recently, but it's really just me. Not sure why. But here I am, back again!
    Goals for today:
    25 minute minimum of exercise
    Stay under calorie goal
No sweets or junk food tonight
    10k steps
Ultimately I need to be down on the scale when I weigh in the morning. Hopefully I'll get my motivation back

Yesterday was going great till I decided I had to try every cake on the Buffett. Today the plan is water, walk and nothing with refined sugar. Not even the left over bread and butter pudding in my fridge. Tomorrow I am out to dinner so today must be ok. Oh and a yoga vid after work as I can't do the regular class.

    Good morning everyone!!!
@CourtLloyd, I think you're starting to see that rest can be your body's best friend :) congrats on the low weight!!!
Despite being tired as heck, yesterday was a fantastic day! For the first time ever, I did my chin-ups in pairs of 3 :) I'm very happy with my progress. Workout was very nice, water and nutrition were really good. I did more research and introduced my body to 3 new killer stretches that work great for me.
Active rest day today so my focus will be directed towards keeping busy, doing my chin-ups, watching food and drinking water.
    Let's have a fabulous Wednesday!!!!

Thanks, @danelutza19! I think the rest was much needed, and hoping to see what happens by next week after the "friend" leaves and I have a solid three week of really watching my food intake. I'm hoping to see that reflect in the scale, but no biggie if not. Oh, how I'd love to see that 160 by my 2 year anniversary...but, won't get upset if not! Really, I just hope to lose some inches this go. :0)

Your chin-ups are impressive and are making me think about getting a bar for my house to start practicing...I said once I can do push-ups and chin-ups I'd be done working out! lol
