this is not insult anyone or make fun this is for information only. i think a gluten free diet is just a fad and a majority of people dont even know what the hell gluten is. there is a condition that prevents people from being able to actually consume anything with gluten without getting horribly sick but aside from that its just silly. any thoughts?

    Research indicates the frequency of the condition you mentioned is 8 in every 1000 people. Marketing accounts for the number of people who think they're intolerant, and the resulting millions spent on gluten-free products.
