Good morning! Milestone Day!!!!
Don't forget to enter your current weight today!
Yesterday: added a few more items to my LCarb day. Just needed a little cheat to not do a big cheat!
Today: I am very pleased to say all of my hard work over the past 10 days has paid off. I am down from my starting weight and have not seen fluctuations like I have over the past 3 months in the process. Of course most of it could be glucose so the next 10 days will really indicate wether this new plan I have has any merit.
Rest Day: 3/4 gallon water, 100 sit-ups with my new ab-mat, stretch, walk at lunch. Low carb day.
Let's keep soaring!!!!! We are still here and committed. There is a lot to be said for that!!!

TGIF and happy milestone day 4!
My weight is just up. Valentine's Day apparently did me in. It's ok. I just need to acknowledge and move forward.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps
3. rest night0 -
weighed in and I'm back to the 139
Another day with the electrician we had more problems than they thought. Well when a house is pushing 70 and was made not by a construction crew I'm surprised they're not finding more. My ulcer is killing me I really need to calm down
eat right
try yoga to relax
hopefully they get done before I have to go to work0 -

Good morning everyone!!!
Happy milestone 4!!!
Yesterday was a strange day for me... I was very busy doing small things and by the end of the day I was too tired to train. I am in full force today so I'm hoping to crush my workout
I haven't jumped on the scale yet but my weight average for this week is better than last week so it's all good!
The plan for today is to cover the basics, do my workout and do less of the small things!
Let's have a fabulous Friday!!!0 -
Morning everyone
The scale is still going down, not much but I'll take it! Hopefully, I can be in the 130 by my birthday, In March. Last night was another hard night as far as not late night snacking, yay fr me!
Goals for today
1. Aqua fit
2. Run / walk
3. Protein goal
4. No late night snacking
5. Hit calorie goal0 -
Yesterday was golden. All targets achieved. Weigh in today will show the results of past battles lost. But the war is not lost and today there is yoga, enough water to sink a ship , avoiding the office treats and sticking to the meal plan.

Had a good day yesterday, feeling better. Little over on calories but lots of much needed protein.
Heading to the mountains this afternoon to go skiing with my son tomorrow, so excited!
Today's goals:
Full body strength training - done
Mindful eating
Don't binge on junk
Good night sleep for tomorrow
Happy Friday all!0 -

Yesterday went well. Water was drunk the exercise happened. There was a gaint tea cake at work but I changed the meal plan to fit the calories in. I also avoided the normal office temptations. The weigh in was up as expected. I am using that sinking feeling as motivation to keep the calories down over the weekend rather than celebrating a loss with easing up.
Got a lovely day planned today
Short morning walk then a day of singing and an evening on the sofa with the cat and a movie.
The goal is keep the water up which is harder at weekends. And the plan for the next 10 days is a little exercise every day and not to eat the calories.
Have a great weekend everyone.0
