Charge hr not syncing

I have thus far restarted My tracker. Disconnected and reconnected the fit bit app on mfp. Turned on the 'steps' for fitbit. What else can I do? It has not worked for the past three days.

    I'm having the same issues. FB just keeps telling me to re do the steps. I have tried removing the app reinstalling, restarting the device.

    Mine hasn't been able to sync since February 2nd!!! I'm curious .....

    I am having the same issue. Friday was the last time it's showing that ithe synced.

    I have had this issue as well. What I discovered is that the Bluetooth function on my phone interrupts the syncing when I use other BT devices, such as some speakers or it connects to my car. But after the reset as described above I am good. Heads up the longer it has been since syncing, the longer it will take. I had a 10 day stretch to catch up.

    Hi, Don't know if this helps anyone, but I simply turn off bluetooth on my phone for a few seconds, then turn it back on. So far it has always worked, I get this problem daily!

    I've been having this problem since the day I got my Charge HR an it just won't sync! I have no idea I I'm even eating the correct amount of food
