    I would like to do your survey, as it is open until March 31; but I have a question. I have sought help many times but where I live there is a lack of mental health supports, and when I have finally received some professional help, it was when I was getting help for something else. So I am not certain how to respond to your queries, as I've never really gotten much help over my lifetime. Thanks. If you respond before your deadline, I will do your survey. Take care
