Morning,

It seems that I couldn't sleep so I thought I would start our thread out! Yesterday started out fantastic making all my goals. Around 2 I ended up just relaxing and watching tv for the rest of the day. I hardly ever do that. On the bright side usually I would get into the snacking mood but none of that happened, yay!

Today's goal
1. Aqua fit class
2. A nice long walk
3. Protein drink
4. Need new wiper blades
5. Healthy snacks - fruits

    Happy Hump Day!
    Yesterday A+ on water and all goals.
    Today- switching High Carb Day with Low Carb day tomorrow so I can enjoy girls night a little tomorrow. So Low Carb day today. 3 in a row. Oh boy.
    Body Movement - WOD, stretch - keep it simple with the low carb 3rd day. Water - 3/4 gallon.

    Good morning!

    I hit my goals yesterday. Yay!

    I'm so stressed right now. The house buying is not going well right now, work is crazy, and my weight is going up. I didn't sleep well last night due to the stress. I have Thursday/Friday off this week, which you think would be awesome, but it's actually adding more stress right now because of all the stuff I need to get done before I can leave today. Hopefully, I'll get all my work done and we'll hear good news from our realtor/lawyer for the house. Then I'll be able to actually relax tonight.

    Keeping on plugging on. My weight is up, but I don't know why. So I'm just going to trust in the process and keep going.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. strength training

    Good morning, the past few days, especially yesterday have been horrible nutrition wise. Today I have given my head a good shake and its past time to dial it in. I have to stop letting stress overwhelm me and derail my goals and focus. Easier said than done obviously but new day new attempt.

    Todays goals:
    deload week lower body strength - done
    HIIT class this evening
    water up
    stay within calories
    no mindless high fat high carb snacking

    @SingRunTing I feel you. I bought my first please last year. It took over six months and I gained back 24 of the 35 pounds I lost in 2014. It was unbelievably stressful but I got there in the end. @Kenda2427 is spot on about dealing with stress.

    Good morning everyone!!!
    I had a very nice day yesterday but ended up snacking again after I closed my diary.... My appetite doesn't seem to want to settle at all. I'm seriously considering keeping this week at maintenance and let nature take it's course :)
    Today's plans include my workout, small walk, chin-ups, water and good nutrition. No calorie target for today since I have no idea what my body wants right now.

    That's Wednesday done and dusted. There was yoga and the nutrition was ok but the water went out the window for some reason. Back on it for Thursday

    No office treets
    Yoga before bed
    House work before leaving for the day
